Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by [KOREA MDT] (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes of Terms)

1. These terms take effect by posting them on the service screen or notifying users by other methods.
2. The Company may change these terms if necessary, and the changed terms will take effect by notifying users in the same way as in Paragraph 1.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

1. The Company will do its best to provide stable services to users.
2. If there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage time of the services, the Company will post the reasons for the change, the content of the services to be changed, and the date of provision on the initial screen of the relevant service before the change.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. Users must comply with relevant laws, provisions of these terms, usage guidelines, precautions, and other matters notified by the Company, and must not engage in any actions that interfere with the Company's business.
2. Users must not engage in the following actions related to the use of services: a. Impersonating other users' personal information b. Using the service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these terms or contrary to public order and morals c. Other illegal or unfair acts

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company will not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these terms or contrary to public order and morals, and will do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with these terms.
2. The Company must have a security system in place to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the services, and must publish and comply with a personal information handling policy.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by user's fault.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes between the Company and users may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established under Article 28 of the Basic Electronic Commerce Act and Article 15 of its Enforcement Decree.

Article 9 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these terms and disputes between the Company and users.

These Terms of Service are effective from 2024.01.01

서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적) 이 약관은 [코리아 메디테크] (이하 "회사")가 제공하는 서비스의 이용조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

1. "서비스"라 함은 회사가 제공하는 모든 서비스를 의미합니다.
2. "이용자"라 함은 회사의 서비스에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 이 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 필요한 경우 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 제1항과 같은 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

1. 회사는 이용자에게 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위하여 최선을 다합니다.
2. 회사는 서비스의 내용, 이용방법, 이용시간에 대하여 변경이 있는 경우 변경사유, 변경될 서비스의 내용 및 제공일자 등을 그 변경 전에 해당 서비스 초기화면에 게시합니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

1. 이용자는 관계법령, 이 약관의 규정, 이용안내 및 주의사항 등 회사가 통지하는 사항을 준수하여야 하며, 기타 회사의 업무에 방해되는 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
2. 이용자는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 가. 다른 이용자의 개인정보를 도용하는 행위 나. 서비스를 이용하여 법령 또는 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우 다. 기타 불법적이거나 부당한 행위

제6조 (회사의 의무)

1. 회사는 관련법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 이 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 최선을 다합니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 개인정보(신용정보 포함)보호를 위해 보안시스템을 갖추어야 하며 개인정보취급방침을 공시하고 준수합니다.

제7조 (책임제한)

1. 회사는 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다.
2. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (분쟁해결)

1. 회사와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁은 전자거래기본법 제28조 및 동 시행령 제15조에 의하여 설치된 전자거래분쟁조정위원회의 조정에 따를 수 있습니다.

제9조 (재판권 및 준거법)

1. 이 약관의 해석 및 회사와 이용자간의 분쟁에 대하여는 대한민국의 법을 적용합니다.

이 이용약관은 2024.01.01 부터 시행됩니다.
